Theresa McKibben is spreading her love of music throughout the city. For 24 years, she has encouraged elementary students to be involved in the arts. The school’s choir, which meets before school, has attracted more than 100 students. She is involved in the music program at Trinity United Methodist Church, where she directs the men’s choir, sings with the Seeds of Faith ensemble and sanctuary choir, and directs a summer music camp for children. She also performs with bluegrass group The Dill Pickers and in theatrical productions at the Virginia Samford Theatre.
