A: We begin with a consultation that can be completed by phone or in person. In this consultation, we can discover your or your loved one’s health needs and what you are looking for in a retirement community. This will help us determine the type of community best suited for you (independent living, assisted living, or memory care) as well as any preferences or requirements for budget and location.
Once we have determined your needs, we will recommend local communities that best match those needs. We can then contact these communities, arrange tours, and accompany you on each tour, serving as your advocate and helping to elicit the information you will need to make the possible choice for you or your loved one. We are available to advise and consult through every step of the process.
