After a successful 2014 season in which the Homewood High golf team finished as the Class 5A State Runner-up, the Patriots step up to Class 6A this spring.

The Homewood Golf Chip-in Club is the primary fundraising arm for the golf program. In its third year, it helps cover expenses such as equipment and training needs (bags, balls, training aides), as well as travel expenses.

Many sports are able to generate revenue through admission ticket sales and concession stand sales.  Because golf has neither, the program must raise money through other means.

There are four different levels of membership, starting at $50 and going to $200. The membership donations can be made from individuals or businesses and are tax deductible (less the cost of the gift received per level).
