OLS students participate in living wax museum

Submitted by Mary Stephens Pugh.

Sixth-grade students at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic School presented a living wax museum as part of their social studies curriculum on the Civil Rights Movement.

During their study of the Civil Rights Movement, students learned about and portrayed some of the people who helped change the United States.

Students researched the individuals they would portray. The OLS Family Life Center was decorated, and students dressed in costumes and used visual aids to share information with fellow classmates.
