The Elvis Ball, benefiting the Creative Montessori School in Homewood, is returning for its second year of Las Vegas-themed fun.

The 2nd Annual Elvis Ball will take place on Saturday, March 19, at 7 p.m. at Old Car Heaven at 3501 First Ave. S.

The event will feature ‘70s disco music with DJ Stevo, casino gaming and popular Elvis impersonator David Lee. There will also be both silent and live auctions, and an appearance by the tap-dancing group the Sugar Babies.

Food will be provided by area favorites such as Rojo Birmingham, Continental Bakery and Urban Cookhouse.

The J. Clyde will provide complimentary beer, and wine and spirits will be available at a cash bar.

Tickets for the event are $50, and proceeds will support the school’s efforts to provide a unique education experience that focuses on the individual child. Reserved seating for tables of eight is also available.
