Student selected for national advisory board

Homewood High School senior Kendall Wulbrun has been selected from hundreds of applicants to be a member of the State Farm Advisory Board for 2016. The 31 students from across the United States and Canada comprise the State Farm Youth Advisory Board. Wulbrun was one of 15 new members selected this year. They are charged with helping State Farm design and implement a $5 million-a-year signature service-learning initiative to address issues important to State Farm and communities across the United States. The Youth Advisory Board and State Farm embark on several service-learning projects each year countrywide.
