Hall-Kent Elementary named 2015 CLAS Banner School

Hall-Kent Elementary is among 14 Alabama schools selected as a 2015 CLAS Banner School. This award is presented by the Council for Leaders in Alabama Schools and recognizes schools or programs that serve as outstanding educational models for other schools in the state.

The CLAS Banner School program was created in 2001 to recognize schools in Alabama that showcase outstanding programs to service to students.  This year, 178 schools or programs were nominated for the prestigious recognition and only 14 schools/programs were selected.

Hall-Kent, along with the other Banner Schools, will be recognized at a luncheon this March in Montgomery.
