Nivada Spurlock loves to run almost as much as she likes her job. As she says, since 1995 it’s been her role to encourage students to get out there and move and faculty to be more physically fit. She also teaches a student fitness course at Homewood High School that recently won an award, and she organizes Iron Tribe sessions, boot camps, Zumba and other classes for faculty members at schools.
