West Homewood Farmers Market back in season

West Homewood Farmer's Market had its first market of the season on Tuesday, June 2.

Previously open on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings, the market switched days and times this year. It will be open Tuesdays in June and July from 5 to 8 p.m. 

Each week features live entertainment, fresh produce, activities for kids, arts and crafts, specialty foods and food trucks. This season market organizers also plan to expand the number of booths at the market to widen the selection. 

The West Homewood Farmer's Market is located in the parking lot of Shades Valley Community Church at 160 Oxmoor Road.
