Greater Birmingham Humane Society offers chance at Adele concert tickets

Greater Birmingham Humane Society.

The Greater Birmingham Humane Society is offering donors a chance at two ground floor tickets to the Adele concert in Nashville, Tenn. on Oct. 16.

To enter, participants are asked to donate $10 to the GBHS. Additional donations will equal additional entries. According to a news release about the giveaway, a $25 donation will earn four entries, $50 earns 10 entries and $100 earns 25 chances to win.

In addition to the free tickets, the winner will also get the option to either travel to Nashville by private jet with limo service to and from the concert, or, if they wish to drive, receive a gas card provided by McPherson Oil and an overnight stay at the Downtown Nashville Homewood Suites and a complimentary dinner.

All entry funds will go directly toward caring for one of the thousands of neglected, abused and homeless animals who find hope and help through the GBHS every year.

The average cost to care for a homeless pet each day is $10, according to the release, and with more than 18,000 animals taken in and cared for in 2015, the GBHS is asking for the public’s help.

To enter the contest, visit rallyup.com/gbhs-adele. To be eligible, donations must be made by March 1 at 5 p.m. The winner will be announced at 5:30 p.m. on the GBHS’ social media pages.

This offer is sponsored by Magic 96, 103.7 The Q, Thompson Tractor, McPherson Oil and the Downtown Nashville Homewood Suites.
