An eclectic collection of historic photographs of Homewood will soon be on display at Homewood City Hall. The opening reception, originally set for Feb. 23, has been delayed due to the possibility of severe weather Tuesday night. The photographs will be on display through May at the Homewood Community Art Gallery, presented by the Homewood Arts Council.

Jake Collins and Martha Wurtele, authors of “Images of American:  Homewood,” selected the photographs.

The Homewood Community Gallery is housed in the lobby of Homewood City Hall.  The gallery is open during city business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

The Homewood Arts Council mission is to support and encourage community art experiences for a creative, diverse and vibrant Homewood.
