Unlocked vehicle stolen from Valley Ridge

An unlocked vehicle was stolen Monday or Tuesday on Valley Ridge Drive.

Homewood Police Department reports that a silver 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, tag No. 088AG6, was reported stolen between April 13 at 2 p.m. and April 14 at noon. The vehicle had been left unlocked with keys in the ignition.

The police department reminds residents to lock their vehicles and do not leave your keys in them.
