UPDATE: Runaway teen found

The Homewood Police Department found a runaway teen the night of Aug. 6, according to a news release from the department.

Natasha Kern, 17, was last seen leaving her residence at Woodland Village on Aug. 1, police said, and a news release was sent Aug. 6 announcing the search for the teen. No other information about the case was released as of Tuesday morning.
