Homewood police searching for possible high school runaway

The Homewood Police Department is searching for Sarah Parker Alexander, last seen at Homewood High School at 7:59 a.m. on September 26 after her father dropped her off at school. Believed to have runaway, Alexander was seen on camera at the high school wearing a red plaid shirt, black leggings, black shoes and a backpack. An Alabama Power employee found her backpack the following day at their access entrance gate located near the rear exit of Homewood High School.

Alexander is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at five feet, five inches and weighing about 180 pounds.
