Falletta said every client is different, and she and her team make sure each insurance policy fits their specific needs. They customize each appointment to fit the needs of the individual.  “Our goal is to continue to grow in the Homewood and surrounding areas to the point that when you think of insurance and financial services, we are the ones you think of,” she said. “My team is outstanding in their dedication to our policy holders and to me.”

 Falletta sees each day as a blessing and wants to make a difference, one customer at a time.  

“Every so often, we handle a claim with a total loss on an automobile, house or an untimely death, and we are there. We know them, and they know us, that is who we are.”
