O’Henry’s Coffees has launched a homemade grilling spice. The dry rub is made of freshly roasted, finely ground espresso blend among other spices and can be used on meats and vegetables.

The coffee shop will be launching a summer lunch menu with an item featuring the grilling spice at its Brookwood location.

The grilling spice is also available for purchase for $7.95 for 4 ounces at O’Henry’s Coffees four locations and online at ohenryscoffees.com.

Dr. Henry Bright opened the first O’Henry’s Coffees in 1993, and in 1999, Randy and Mary Adamy purchased the shop and have added three new retail locations. O’Henry’s roasts its own beans from small cooperatives around the world at a roasting facility located in West Homewood.
