New Ownership
Two office buildings known as the Grand Twin Towers, at 234 and 236 Goodwin Crest Drive, have been purchased. The two buildings have more than 90,000 square feet of office space and are managed by Colliers International.

Dr. Weily Soong of Alabama Allergy & Asthma Center, 504 Brookwood Blvd., and Dr. John Anderson of sister company Clinical Research Center of Alabama, were presented with the Class of 2016 – Top 25 Award for Excellence in Business by the UAB National Alumni Society on June 24. The Top 25 award program is designed to identify, recognize and celebrate the success of alumni business leaders. Meredith Drennen, executive director of the Homewood Chamber of Commerce, 7 Hollywood Blvd., recently attained the IOM (Institute for Organization Management) designation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in July at a ceremony in Athens, Georgia.
