Goode Foundation to host fundraiser at Hwy 55

The Goode Foundation is partnering with Homewood’s Hwy 55 to raise money for ALS research.

On June 23, Hwy 55 will have a “Share Day” and donate a portion of sales to support the Goode Foundation and its mission.

“It is local events, at the grassroots level, like the Hwy 55 Share Day that makes a tremendous impact in ALS awareness and support for those affected by the disease,” said Goode Foundation founder Kerry Goode. “Patrons of Hwy 55 on June 23 will not only enjoy great food but also be a blessing to those affected by the disease.”

The Goode Foundation was founded by former University of Alabama running back and NFL coach Kerry Goode after he was diagnosed with ALS in 2015. Goode established the foundation to assist other battling ALS and support research for a cure.
