Covenant Classical Schools & Daycare plans to build new campus at 151 Covenant Way near Old Columbiana Road. The 15,000-square-foot building will house 12 classrooms for children ranging from infants through kindergarten. Construction is expected to be complete by November. Brookdale Place at University Park, a senior living community located at 400 University Park Drive, is constructing a new free-standing healthcare center on its campus and expects it to open this fall.
