Badcock Furniture coming to Homewood

Badcock Furniture recently leased a spot at Palisades Shopping Center.

The landlord was represented by Blake Thomas and Troy Gisi of Southpace Properties during the leasing of a 20,000-square-foot space in the shopping center off of Green Springs Highway and Palisades Boulevard. The transaction was completed in November, and following this purchase, there is only one vacancy in the center.

Thomas said Badcock Furniture is in the process of building out its space and should open in the next 30 days.

Badcock has two other location in the Birmingham area, including one in Center Point and one in Pell City.
