Homewood resident John Glover received his Eagle Scout rank after completing a project for Red Mountain Park.
Glover, the son of Glenn and Jennifer Glover, built two Adirondack chairs for the park and completed his final board of review to become an Eagle Scout.
During his board, Glover talked about his favorite campouts with his troop, Troop 97, as well as memories of hiking trips from Philmont, Seabase and Northern Tier.
Glover received the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouting, on April 14.
