Exceptional Foundation Sign
The Exceptional Foundation is located on Oxmoor Road next to Homewood Central Park.
Voters in Homewood's Precinct 5210 will return to their regular polling location, the Exceptional Foundation, for this November's general elections.
The voting location had moved to the Homewood Board of Education Building during the summer primaries and runoffs due to work on the Exceptional Foundation's building at 1616 Oxmoor Road.
Barry Stephenson, the chairman of the Jefferson County Board of Registrars, said voters in this precinct will be mailed cards to notify them of the location change.
“We appreciate the Homewood Board of Education serving the community and allowing us to vote at the headquarters building for the primary and runoff elections,” Stephenson said in a press release.
