Camps may be over, but not Gross Out School Field trips and events. Fresh Air Family takes hundreds of school children on outdoor adventures with their classmates. We bring in live animal shows with new “friendessss” such as snakes and lizards (biology lesson). Creek stomps with freshwater biologists lead to the discovery of aquatic creatures such as crayfish, salamanders and turtles (aquatic biology).
Nature walks hear birds sing, leaves rustle and see bugs and roly polies beneath rocks (botany and entomology). Our storyteller can cast a magic spell for fairies who don’t believe in children! Kids build their own fairy castles with natural materials and imaginations (STEAM with geometry). Children learn while teachers check off curriculum requirements.
Take the whole family on an adventure. The Fresh Air Family Alabama book debuts October 27. It is filled with 75 places where families can enjoy the beautiful and biodiverse (ranked fourth nationally) state we live in. Enjoy exciting events around the state where you can hike, bike, swim, canoe, kayak, fossil hunt, enjoy Native American culture and see the stars. Sign up for a newsletter so we can invite you and your family to join us.
