Chris Collins opened Homewood Antiques in 2010 and loves having a store in the heart of the Edgewood area of Homewood. 

“We like to maintain a wide variety of items and prices so that this is a one stop shop,” Collins said. “We will celebrate our sixth year anniversary this September, and we have had so much fun changing the store over the years.” 

Collins has worked hard to listen to her customers and to make Homewood Antiques an even better shopping destination. “We have something for everyone’s style and budget,” Collins said. 

Recent changes to the store include the expansion of Abbie Turner Wiersma’s Presentations Etc. Studio for fine art printing, custom framing and a wide variety of Birmingham prints. They also increased their clothing department to a small boutique in the back carrying a full range of clothing and accessories in sizes small-3X.

 Voted Birmingham’s Best Antique Store in 2015 by Birmingham Magazine readers, Collins hopes to qualify again this year!
