The meeting will take place in Homewood Library, Room 101 (Downstairs and across from hallway when you enter).
This is our first meeting back after taking a break for summer. We will update you on new things going on and photos from some of our summer trips.
Our program for the night will be presented by Dr. Randy Haddock. The presentation will include showing projects that help protect our streams and rivers, within the Cahaba watershed (Shades Creek is part of the Cahaba River watershed). Dr. Haddock will talk about the importance and challenges of water protection and help us understand how projects can be improved.
This is a good program for city councilors, contractors and anyone dealing with construction or advocating for keeping our drinking water clean. If you know someone working in this field, please invite them to this program.
